The Chicago Bulls have three players whose future with the franchise is hanging in the balance.

Playing in the NBA is a dream come true. No matter how physically gifted an athlete is, it is impossible to get to the highest level of competition without hard work, focus and dedication. However, while putting on an NBA uniform is symbolic of achieving a goal, staying in the league is often harder than getting there. Every year, players from across the globe make their intentions of playing in the league known. Scouts are always trying to improve their teams and the phrase “here today, gone tomorrow” is always applicable in pro sports.

Fans in Chicago are looking towards next season with great anticipation. The team now has two legitimate All-Stars, a couple of young players with a tremendous upside, and a head coach that everyone believes in. The roster also features savvy veterans who are still capable of making key contributions that go beyond the stat sheet. All things considered, anything less than a playoff birth will be considered a failure in the Windy City next season.

Troy Brown Jr., Devon Dotson, and Adam Mokoka are all approaching make-or-break seasons. They must perform well in order to remain with the Chicago Bulls.

While key contributors have been identified for next season, there are also a handful of players whose performances will determine their fate with the team, and maybe even their future in the league. Troy Brown Jr., Devon Dotson, and Adam Mokoka all have incredible talent and great potential. However, if they do not make an impression next season, they won’t be members of the Chicago Bulls for long. Let’s take a closer look at what these three must do in order to become part of the organization’s long-term plans.
