The Los Angeles Lakers are dealing without both of their superstars since the Atlanta Hawks game on March 19 when LeBron James sustained an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Anthony Davis has not played since mid-February.

Without James and Davis the reigning NBA champions lost seven out of eleven games, including the game against the Hawks. LeBron recently teased his AD’s return via an Instagram post.

“The weatherman says the weather is changing soon and it predicts a thunderstorm is coming. Folks prepare and take the proper caution measures to stay safe,” he wrote on a post which featured a photo of him and Davis.

Lakers forward Jared Dudley, who is out with a torn meniscus, provided further information on when the two superstars will make a comeback. The 36-year-old veteran says that they should be back in the next three-four weeks.

“AD is coming along,” Dudley said on LakeShow podcast. “He’s on the court and doing definitely his little workouts, his calves. I’m in the weight room with him. He’s gonna be getting on the floor more this week. He’s gonna do about 30 minutes non-stop. He’s gonna get to playing here shortly. And so give him a couple more weeks.

“Bron just got off the boot. He’s moving forward. And Drummond’s back. So listen, within the next three to four weeks, we’re gonna have everybody back, and then we’re rolling.”

Dudley also said that when the Lakers are healthy, they are the team to beat in the NBA.
