The president of the New York Knicks Leon Rose has never hide that his goal is to change the culture for the New York franchise.

According to Ian Begley of the SNY, the Knicks are expected to be agressive on pursuing young talented players that could change the losing ways of the franchise.

“I don’t think that there are any Knicks players – or first-round picks – who would be off limits in trade talks if the right player became available, Begley wrote in his latest mailbag.

“In general, my guess is that Rose and the Knicks will be aggressive in pursuing trades for young, talented players if the opportunity presents itself,” he continued. “I’d also guess that the club will have a significant number of veterans on the roster next season, in part in an effort to surround the younger players with knowledge and experience.

The first move of the Knicks new front office regime was to waive young promising guard Allonzo Trier.
