Marcus Morris praised the defensive capabilities of his teammate in the LA Clippers, Patrick Beverley.
Morris is impressed with how great defender Beverley is and called him an All-Defensive First Team player.
“Played with him in Houston and he was the same player… It’s about winning, being a great teammate. He’s Defensive First Team. Quote me on that because he should be on the First Team,” Morris told reporters, via Tomer Azarly of Clutchpoints.
In his third season as a Clipper, Beverley is averaging 8.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.2 steal per game. Beverley made All-Defensive First Team in 2017 and Second Team in 2014.
